Our warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, when it is purchased from an authorized Eleveight dealer by a retail customer.

About our warranty

Our warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, when it is purchased from an authorized Eleveight dealer by a retail customer.

The warranty is a personal warranty provided by Eleveight to you. It is therefore not transferable and does not apply to the rental and training business. It is also not applicable for used/second hand gear.

The warranty duration is determining by the legal warranty period of your country from the date of purchase.

We offer an extended free warranty for all new Eleveight products. Simply register your new product on our website within 30 days of purchasing and receive an extended warranty of 8 months beyond the legal warranty period of your country!
