DESIGN
VISION
The Process C+ is a highly advanced full carbon big brother to the Process, and packed with performance enhancements.
While the outline and shape are identical to the Process, the standout features are in the construction on the inside. For Version 4 we revised the flex patterns and made the Super Fly 3D Paulownia wood core thinner to decrease the weight and give more flex. By covering it with a feather-light premium layer of Biax Carbon, the Process C+ allows the rider to hold the edge longer, fully loading the board to act as a catapult when boosting.
The C+ features our highly innovative PRS technology now with thinner rails that enhance speed and ease of upwind travel. The smooth rocker outline planes exceptionally early, while the sophisticated channel layout provides even more grip and control in fierce gusts and howling storms. To ensure the perfect linear flex between the centre and the rails, we kept the thickness of the tips slender and squared off. The result is a faster-turning speed with added responsiveness and pop.

The Process C+ is designed with a medium rocker to support the pop and release when initiating tricks and to plane very early for outstanding upwind riding ability.

The Process C+ features leading materials with a very balanced flex pattern that combines comfort and performance. To enhance the experience of smooth carves and increase comfort during hard landings, we added a hard reverse flex.

The Process C+ carves exceptionally well thanks to the elliptical outline and rounded tips. Improved grip and ease of upwind travel are also achieved by the parabolic rail shape, and spray is redirected away from the rider.

To ensure early planing while also providing plenty of grip, we designed the Process C+ with a single concave. The bottom also features channels at the tips as well as rail steps.

Our premium Super Fly Core uses stronger wood that’s 250g lighter to give the best variation in density and volume weight. This creates the best pop and strength while reducing the overall weight. It’s CNC milled on the top and bottom to ensure the best flex patterns possible to meet riding demands.
We’ll admit it, we copied these inserts from the snowboarding industry. Inserts don’t get stronger than this.
Abrasion resistant base for greater durability.
Using ultra-lightweight biax carbon fabric we achieved the highest fibre-to-resin volume ratio for outstanding smooth performance. The result is the optimum flex distribution that’s balanced from tip to tip to give unmatched durability.
Our innovative Parabolic Rail Shape is a game changer for grip as well as the upwind performance of our boards. Between the foot pads the tucked-under edge softens the ride, then thins along a gradient towards the tips into a box rail that helps with grip. The gradient enhances the performance of the board, as well as redirects spray away from the rider for clear vision in any situation.
High-quality epoxy fins that deliver the stiffness you need to always stay in control.
Finished with a highly durable top sheet, each board is protected from abrasion. The lacquered coating also protects the vibrant colours for a long-lasting look.
